For many years we have been developing solder ball jet nozzles for piston cooling in petrol and diesel engines for applications in the automotive and motorcycle industry. In the past, these solder ball jet nozzles were primarily used for piston cooling (engine block) in high-performance engines, but now they are also used for chain lubrication, clutch or generator cooling. At a certain oil pressure, the valve opens and a predetermined quantity of oil sprays at a precisely defined angle onto the piston crown to cool it and thus guarantee the optimum function of the engine.
Two different basic variants have been developed:
The rigid system with spring and ball or spring and piston (one-piece) or the two-piece system with banjo bolt.
The most different versions, developed together with the respective vehicle or engine manufacturers, are produced in our company. The high vertical range of manufacture in production up to in-house soldering offers our customers many advantages. Individual solutions can be realized even for small quantities up to mass production with several million pieces.
